My package was marked as delivered but I haven't received it, what should I do?
If your order was marked as delivered and the address on the order is correct, we recommend that you wait a couple of days, as often the carrier scans an order as delivered before actually delivering it. Probably not. We have very short windows to make changes to your order as we ship our packages the same day. If your order has an incorrect address, please email us immediately so we can try to change it before it ships.

We have a very short window to perform cancellations, so it is possible that we won’t catch your order in time. But if you want to cancel your order, please email us immediately with the order number so we can attempt to cancel it. if a packing slip has been created we cannot cancel your order.

I am not satisfied with the product, what is your return policy?
