The flavor is awesome and I love the consistency. The items in it are health beneficial as well. But I didn't notice a real difference in energy. I think if a clean caffeine was added, it would help tremendously!

I loved the grape flavoring. The gummies are covered in sugar-a great addition. The bag is so affordable.
